Put it on the ticker. One more big order and it's time to take a position.

I thought I posted but the thing didn't pop up.

Anyway, I just wanted to go on record. DOn't buy at the ask. It's not the time. You can probably pick some up if you sit at 80 cents. Maybe even 75 cents.

If you want to know about this company read about it or ask me. I know a lot about the cap structure, principles, stock support, ext.

WIthout any IR whatsoever these guys have done good keep their stock up. There is only about 4M shares in the float. If they start an IR campaign, which they will I believe, then I hope that's enough stock to put out out the fire.

I bought 500 shares today to add to my position. If guys hit the bid I try to stay a little above the high bid.

Good luck.

PS. if you go to balqon's website or speculatinggreen you'll see the video's of the LA Mayor AV driving the 100% electric tractors / 18 wheelers. There are vidios of Anderson Cooper CNN at the Port of LA watching trucks in action. Some good stuff. See recent Form 8K as revenues up again. I think the company is well position to grow very fast in 2010 and 2011. Big market out there. Good luck.

Call it whatever you want fool

but if you follow my picks you'll find nobody knows the OTCBB better than me.

I have over 4,000 pubcos as clients. My left nut knows more about this business than you. It's like gambling but you already know how many points one side will score before tip off.

if BLQN doesn't at least double earnings again in 2010 then i'm an idiot. I thought this board was to help out idiots like you. I won't post if you don't want me to.

Yo Go. what are you talking about?

You on crack? lol. Well, let this dude think what he wants. To each his own. I was confused by what you were saying.

I can post a few more picks but nobody appreciates them so I'm over it.

I have two picks now that just did forward splits and are ready to start their campaign. These are not even companies I have the inside track on. I just know by reading their filings what they are about to do. Both are going to go up.

Maybe i'm missing something, but this one doesnt look like a good investment. Dilution is definitely coming.

From the 10-K:

"For the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company had a net loss of $3,015,405 and utilized $1,188,756 cash in operations, and had an accumulated deficit of $11,036,260 at December 31, 2009. These matters raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from this uncertainty. The Company intends to raise funds to finance operations until the Company achieves profitable operations. The Company’s capital requirements for the next 12 months, as they relate to the production of its products will continue to be significant. If adequate funds are not available to satisfy either medium or long-term capital requirements, the Company’s operations and liquidity could be materially adversely affected and the Company could be forced to cut back its operations. Subsequent to December 31, 2009, the Company raised an additional $1,300,000 through the sale of its convertible promissory notes (see note 12)."

Ehh, i'll revisit it next Q ... maybe they'll have something good to say.

BLQN's Debt

I had my broker look at this. Balance sheet is not great but not bad. Most of the 'debt' is just compensation in restricted stock to the guys running the deal.

They raised over $3M at $1.00 a share over 18 months ago and they are rolling compared to when they raised the money. I just went on the bid but nobody has hit me today.

The Fox News, CNN and CNBC videos were pretty impressive but the lack of activity just tells me the company does not promote their company or stock. Is this a bad thing? We'll see.

Interesting deal to say the least.

Maybe i'm missing something, but this one doesnt look like a good investment. Dilution is definitely coming.

Tough to buy any co. whose gross margins are hovering around 0%, revenue growth doesn't mean anything if you can't even turn a gross profit (let alone actual profit) off of it. I don't know much about the electric vehicle business but it seems like it's here to stay, if they can cut down the costs then you may have a winner here. Good luck.
